The list, published yesterday by the Nigeria Sanctions Committee, includes individuals and entities suspected of supporting terrorism-related activities across the country.

Among those named are individuals reportedly connected to organisations such as the banned Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Islamic State West Africa Province, (ISWAP).

The publication forms part of ongoing counter-terrorism measures aimed at identifying and disrupting financial networks that sustain insurgent operations.

Terrorism has remained a major security challenge in Nigeria, with groups such as Boko Haram and ISWAP responsible for attacks on civilians, security formations, and critical infrastructure over the years.
